Gingivitis is more common in people who do not brush their teeth daily and do not maintain oral hygiene properly.

Some Home Remedies For Gingivitis

Salt and pepper

Aloe vera extract

Aloe vera extract can also help keep teeth and mouth healthy. So when your gums become inflammed, apply a thin layer of jelly over the gums. Then fold it into a liquid and mix it with warm water. Then do gargle up to 3 times a day.

Spaghetti

Spaghetti can reduce plaque and significantly reduce gingivitis. When cooking with spaghetti, add 2 to 3 drops of spaghetti to hot water. Stir well and serve warm. Do this up to 3 times a day.

Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil can be used to reduce bleeding gums and significantly reduce gingivitis.

How to do it: Add 3 drops of Tea tree oil in warm water and stir. Then just leave it for a few minutes. After that, you can gargle 3 times a day.
